Food

I love food. Food is my happy place. Food is celebration and it is comfort. But more importantly, I think my approach to cooking sums up my approach to any project. It starts with a new experience or a new dish. Or just a 'I wonder if anyone's ever tried putting these two together...' Then I research the techniques, the history, the inspiration behind the dish. I take what I already know, try a few new techniques or add a little Holly twist and see how it goes. Sometimes it turns out amazing. Sometimes it doesn't. Either way you learn something that makes your cooking better next time.
